1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to STRAYED ("Platform", "Website", "Brand", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website located at strayed.in (including all subdomains, directories, and related services) and your purchase of any products or services from us.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, registering an account, or purchasing products, you ("User", "Customer", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable local, national, and international laws.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our Website and services. STRAYED is designed for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use our Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Definitions
- "Platform" / "Website": The website strayed.in and all digital interfaces, tools, and services associated with it.
- "User": Any visitor accessing the Platform.
- "Customer": A User who registers an account, places an order, or makes a transaction on the Platform.
- "Products": Apparel, streetwear, accessories, bags, and any physical items manufactured, printed, or sold under the STRAYED brand.
- "Services": The e-commerce storefront, user accounts, e-wallet, referral program, loyalty program, and communications provided by STRAYED.
- "Force Majeure": Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, floods, courier failures, or government actions.
4. Eligibility to Use
To use STRAYED, you must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Platform to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, without liability or explanation.
5. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you discover any security breach.
- Refrain from creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, discount codes, or referral structures. Doing so constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accrued store credits or rewards.
6. Product Information, Printing & Disclaimers
We make every effort to describe our clothing, fits, and visuals as accurately as possible. However, please note:
- Color Matching in DTG and DTF Printing: We use world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. The colors rendered on your physical garment may not match the digital designs or your display screen exactly due to fabric composition, dye lots, or device display settings.
- Product Variations: Streetwear styling, acid-washes, pigment dyes, distressed elements, and print placements are subject to minor variations. These unique aspects are characteristic of custom-made and print-on-demand manufacturing.
- Care Instructions: We are not liable for product shrinkage, fabric wear, or damage resulting from washing or drying contrary to the garment’s specific care labels.
7. Sizing & Fit Disclaimers
- Indicative Size Charts: Sizing charts provided on product pages are for general reference.
- Measurement Tolerance: A manufacturing measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for all apparel products. Variations within this limit are not classified as manufacturing defects and are strictly ineligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
- Fit Type: Please read product descriptions carefully to distinguish between oversized, relaxed, and slim fits before purchasing.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Right to Cancel
All product prices are shown in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax laws.
Typographical and Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch, database error, or typographical mistake, we reserve the absolute right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price at any point prior to delivery, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
9. Order Acceptance & Refusal
The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any point for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, unverifiable shipping details, payment verification failures, or indication of referral program manipulation or reseller activities.
10. Payment Terms
No Cash on Delivery (COD): To protect our custom-made workflows and prevent losses from unaccepted shipments, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All purchases must be completed via pre-paid online payment methods.
Payment Gateways: All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or net banking credentials. We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, double-deductions, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Since our streetwear is custom-made or printed-on-demand, delivery times depend on shipping methods and courier routes. Standard domestic transit takes 2-9 business days once dispatched.
Lost in Transit Policy: If an item is officially declared lost by our logistics partner, we will issue a full refund or process a free replacement.
Delayed Deliveries: If an courier attempt has not been made within 15 days (for Air shipping) or 20 days (for Surface shipping) from the date of dispatch, you are entitled to request either a complete reproduction and re-shipment, or a full refund of the order.
We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges for RTO (Return to Origin) packages due to customer unavailability must be borne by the customer.
12. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Strict 3-Day Window)
Because each piece is custom-made or printed-on-demand specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong sizing orders, changes of mind, or generic dissatisfaction.
A. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged in transit, misprinted, structurally defective, or incorrect, you must submit a claim strictly within 3 days of delivery.

- The unopened shipping package cover.
- Clear legibility of the courier label/shipping details.
- The package being opened carefully.
- A clear view highlighting the print defect or structural damage.
Product cuts caused by sharp objects or scissors during customer unboxing are ineligible for refund/replacement unless unpacking video proof clearly shows the item arrived damaged. If the courier package is visibly damaged on delivery, please note this in the remarks before signing. If you fail to provide a valid unboxing video or exceed the 3-day notification window, STRAYED is not liable.
B. Sizing Discrepancies
For size issues outside the ±0.5 inch tolerance, you must provide images of the garment placed flat next to a measuring tape. Size exchanges for wrong customer orders must be handled at the customer's expense by placing a new order.
C. Resolutions
Approved refunds or replacements will be finalized within 7-10 business days of confirming the defect.
13. Referral Program Policies & Abuse Gating
Referrers only receive their ₹100 E-Wallet cash after the referred friend successfully places an order using their ₹150 discount coupon (`REF-*` code) at checkout. Both the referee's coupon and the referrer's wallet credit are valid for exactly 6 months (180 days) from issuance.
Creating dummy accounts, self-referring, or publishing referral codes on coupon aggregator forums is strictly prohibited. If we detect referral program gaming, we reserve the right to cancel all pending referral transactions, deduct associated balances from your E-Wallet, and permanently ban your account.
14. Loyalty Program & Reward Points
Registered users earn loyalty reward points on qualifying purchases. 1 point equals ₹1. All loyalty reward points expire exactly 1 year (365 days) from the date they are credited. Points can be redeemed for promotional vouchers under the STRAYED menu rules, cannot be converted to physical cash, and are non-transferable. Account deletion or suspension will void points instantly.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, clothing designs, prints, graphics, custom layouts, photography, text, and website source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of STRAYED and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
16. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
In no event shall STRAYED, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, courier delays, skin sensitivities to printing dyes, or website downtime. Our maximum liability for any transaction is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific purchase.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all transactions on the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
